Graduate programme

The programme is designed to have you up and running in your business area in just over 18 months. It begins with an initial induction which, together with your theoretical training, will help to familiarise you with our industry, products, systems and culture.

The main body of the programme consists of two 6-9 month stints split between Fund Management and Equity Research, one of which may be spent in another regional office. In our Frankfurt office, we offer three stints between Fundamental Fund Management, Systematic Fund Management and Equity Research. This will be your first exposure to the real world of investment management and will involve you studying towards the first two stages of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification. If you are interested in broadening your view of how the business works, it may also be possible to spend up to 4 months within Trading and/or Sales & Marketing.

The next phase will see you continue into your designated area of career development. This will allow you to build your knowledge through job shadowing and the guidance of a mentor. Our high quality resources are available to help you develop your technical knowledge and personal skills, while structured programmes will enable you to progress to relevant professional qualifications.
