The decision for me was clear, as investment management and RCM was on the top of my list. I applied for the role of Junior Portfolio Manager in the European Small Cap Team in 2001. Since then I have managed several European Small Cap Portfolios and I'm also acting as Portfolio Manager for the Concentra fund, which is our flagship German Equity Fund.”

Qualification: Ho Yin holds an MA degree in Statistics and Finance from Columbia University
Location: Asia Pacific
Ho Yin's main focus is the Indian market and the recommendation of Indian stocks for the regional portfolios. Ho Yin joined RCM in November 2000 as a Portfolio Analyst. He initially worked in the quantitative area, which involved developing and applying stock screening tools, building model portfolios and developing our performance measurement methodology, before progressing on to portfolio-related duties for regional institutional accounts.
